Warehouse mobility for facilities that answer to somebody
ITAR, CMMC, JCP, CUI. If your building carries one of these obligations, buying a warehouse vehicle stops being a catalogue decision and starts being a security review. TexTrack builds equipment that survives the questionnaire.
Most industrial vehicles are built to phone home
Fleet telematics, cloud dashboards, remote diagnostics, over-the-air updates — the industry sells these as progress, and for an unrestricted distribution centre they are. Inside a controlled facility they are a radio you did not ask for, a vendor platform holding data about your operation, and a set of questions your security officer now has to answer on your behalf.
We took the other road. The standard TexTrack unit has no network connection, no cloud account, and no vendor remote session. It moves your people and their loads, and it tells us nothing about your building. When the requirement genuinely calls for utilization data, we design a collection method your security team signs off on rather than shipping a radio and hoping nobody looks.
Find your environment
ITAR / EAR / CUI
Export-controlled floors holding defense articles or technical data, where component origin, service access and data egress all get scrutinised before a PO clears.
ITAR material handling →CMMC
Defense industrial base contractors under assessment, where every connected asset is a candidate for scope and the cheapest control is the device that was never in scope.
CMMC warehouse equipment →JCP / eJCP
DD Form 2345 certified facilities handling militarily critical technical data under controlled physical access.
JCP / eJCP equipment →Aerospace & defense operations
MRO hangars, FOD-controlled floors, and large secure facilities where technician transit time is the operational problem.
Aerospace & defense →The same four answers, every time
- No uplink. No cellular or Wi-Fi telematics on the standard unit. It does not join your network.
- US built. Designed and assembled in the United States, with US-sourced 48V packs using UL-rated cells. We will walk your supply chain team through component origin.
- Serviced by your people. Modular construction means batteries, motors, throttles, wheels and bumpers swap with ordinary tools — fewer escorted vendor visits inside the controlled area.
- Documented before the PO. Tell us what your security officer needs to see and we will confirm what we can supply before you commit, not after.
Configurations are specified at order time and can be combined — most facilities carrying one of these obligations carry more than one.
Start with the environment, not the spec sheet
Tell us the obligations your site carries and what procurement needs answered. We will come back with a configuration and the documentation that goes with it.
