Return window

Returns can be made within 30 days of your purchase. A restocking fee of 20% is applied. Returns are not accepted if the product is damaged.

How to return a shipment

  1. Visit our support page or email support@textrack.us.
  2. Include your product serial number in the email.
  3. Include details on why you are returning your items.
  4. We will reach out to arrange shipping and receiving.
  5. Upon arrival at our warehouse, we will inspect the items.
  6. Once the items are cleared of no damages, your refund will process in 3–5 business days.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the buyer. We will help arrange the shipment, but freight costs on returns are the buyer's responsibility. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after your returned items reach our warehouse and pass inspection. Once cleared, your refund processes within 3–5 business days, less the 20% restocking fee.
