The EFVSC-3 Compact Vault is a fire-resistant lithium-ion battery charging cabinet built for small charging areas — closets, workstations, service vehicles, and single-tech maintenance rooms. Eight outlets let a crew charge a full shift's worth of tool and equipment packs inside a monitored, ventilated steel enclosure instead of on an open bench.

Charging batteries inside a ventilated, fire-rated enclosure separated from racking and stock is a materially different practice from charging packs inside equipment parked on the floor. Equipment with integrated, non-removable battery packs must be charged wherever the unit sits — a cabinet is only an option when the pack comes out.
