JCP / eJCP Facility Equipment

Joint Certification Program

Equipment for JCP and eJCP certified facilities

Facilities certified under DD Form 2345 handle militarily critical technical data under access rules that most equipment vendors have never had to think about. TexTrack supplies mobility equipment configured for those environments — and answers the questionnaire without being chased.

The context

Certification controls access, and access includes the floor

The US/Canada Joint Certification Program, administered through the Defense Logistics Agency, certifies contractors to receive militarily critical technical data. Certification is granted on the strength of a legitimate need and a commitment to control what happens to that data once it is inside your walls.

In practice that commitment lands on the physical environment as much as the document management system. Who is allowed into the area. Who escorts a visiting technician. What a contractor is permitted to see while servicing equipment on your floor. Which of your vendors has thought about any of this before you asked.

Buying a warehouse vehicle sounds like it should sit outside all of that. It does not, because the vehicle comes with a delivery, an install, a service relationship, and sometimes a data connection.

How we fit

Fewer outsiders, fewer unknowns

Serviced in-house

The platform is modular by design. Batteries, motors, throttles, wheels and bumpers swap with ordinary tools, so your own maintenance staff keep units running without an escorted vendor visit.

Ships without freight

Units move on standard ground service rather than LTL freight, which keeps delivery simple at sites where dock access and visitor handling are controlled.

No data leaves

No telematics uplink and no vendor cloud. Nothing about your facility, your layout, or your movement patterns is transmitted to us.

Straight answers

Component origin, service model, and data behaviour, documented for your security officer before the PO rather than after the audit finding.

Typical sites

Where JCP configurations get ordered

  • Engineering and manufacturing facilities holding militarily critical technical data
  • Suppliers drawing controlled drawings and specifications through DLA channels
  • Research and test facilities operating under certified access controls
  • Sites already carrying ITAR obligations and CMMC assessment scope alongside JCP certification

Most of our JCP-configured orders come from facilities that also specify ITAR / EAR / CUI or CMMC. If that describes your site, say so at scoping and we will quote the combined configuration once rather than revisiting it three times.

Configuration

JCP / eJCP configuration option

The Modular Mobility System is available in a JCP / eJCP configuration, specified at order time and combinable with our other controlled-environment configurations. Tell us the certification your facility holds and what your security officer needs documented, and we will confirm what we can supply before you raise the order.

On compliance responsibility: JCP certification is held by your organization through DD Form 2345 and administered by the Defense Logistics Agency. TexTrack supplies equipment and documentation intended to support your program; we do not certify your facility or your handling of technical data, and nothing on this page is legal or compliance advice.
