Material handling equipment for ITAR-controlled facilities
If your floor holds defense articles or technical data on the USML, the equipment rolling across it is part of your compliance surface. TexTrack supplies burden carriers and personnel movers configured for facilities that operate under export control.
Export control does not stop at the parts bin
ITAR governs defense articles and the technical data attached to them. In a controlled facility, that pulls in more than the items themselves: who has physical access to the space, whose hands touch the hardware, what leaves the building, and — increasingly — what a connected device quietly transmits off-site.
Most industrial vehicles were never designed with that in mind. Fleet telematics, cloud dashboards, and remote diagnostics are sold as features. Inside a controlled area they are questions your facility security officer has to answer, and a vendor who cannot answer them clearly becomes a procurement problem.
The four questions that decide the purchase
Does it phone home?
Our standard unit operates without a network connection. No telematics uplink, no cloud account, no remote session. Nothing about your floor leaves the building through the vehicle.
Where is it built?
Designed and assembled in the United States, with US-sourced 48V battery packs using UL-rated cells. We can walk your supply chain team through component origin.
Who services it?
The platform is modular so your own maintenance staff perform common swaps in-house. Fewer outside technicians inside the controlled area is fewer escorts and fewer access requests.
What documentation comes with it?
We provide the documentation package your program office needs for equipment entering a controlled space. Tell us the requirement and we will confirm what we can supply before you raise a PO.
Facilities we configure for
- Defense manufacturing floors and final assembly areas holding USML hardware
- MRO hangars and depot maintenance operations with controlled parts storage
- Secure warehouses and bonded stores handling export-controlled inventory
- Prime and sub-tier suppliers operating under registered facility security programs
- Mixed sites where a controlled area sits inside a larger commercial building
The operational case is the same as anywhere else — a technician who walks four miles a shift is a technician doing less work — but in a controlled facility the vendor questionnaire is what decides whether the purchase happens at all.
ITAR / EAR / CUI configuration option
The Modular Mobility System is available in an ITAR / EAR / CUI configuration alongside our standard build. It is specified at order time rather than retrofitted, so tell us the environment during scoping and we will quote the correct configuration from the start.
If your facility also falls under CMMC or the Joint Certification Program, those configurations are available too — and they are frequently ordered together.
Tell us about the facility
Describe the controlled area, the access rules, and what your security officer needs to sign off. We will come back with a configuration and the documentation that goes with it.
