About TexTrack

Big-company engineering. Garage-startup overhead.

TexTrack started in a garage in Houston, Texas — founded by someone who spent years on a warehouse floor and knew exactly what slows crews down, what breaks, and what equipment actually needs to do. Today we run a lean design company: we engineer and own our intellectual property, then build through a certified American supplier network. Your money goes into the product, not our overhead.

Our story

Built by someone who lived the problem

Before TexTrack, our founder worked in a warehouse — walking the miles, hauling the loads, and watching good equipment sit broken for weeks waiting on a service technician. The problem wasn't a lack of machines on the market. It was that they were overbuilt in price, underbuilt in serviceability, and designed by people who had never worked a shift on the floor.

So TexTrack was started the way real industrial companies used to start: in a garage in Houston, Texas, with a design pad and a stubborn idea — that facility equipment should be simple to own, fast to fix, and priced like the maker doesn't have a factory to feed.

Because we don't. And that changes everything about what you pay and what you get.

How we're different

The lean design company model

Most equipment brands carry factories, machine shops, and idle capacity — and you pay for all of it in the sticker price. TexTrack is a design company. We own the IP, and we send our designs into a vetted supplier network to be built on demand.

We design it. We own it.

Every TexTrack system starts as our own engineering and intellectual property — designed in-house around what facility crews actually deal with every day.

Built through a supplier network

Our designs are manufactured on demand through a certified supplier network instead of a factory we have to own, staff, and maintain. Our overhead stays a fraction of a traditional equipment maker's.

Savings go into the product

With no equipment fleet of our own to feed, our time and money go where they matter: robust, high-quality design — and custom systems built around your facility.

Battery safety on the job site

Charge lithium-ion where it can't reach your racking.

Removable packs mean the charge cycle doesn't have to happen on a shelf next to your stock. Our fire-resistant charging vaults add smoke detection, automatic power shutoff, and ventilated cooling — and give your safety team one documented place for every battery in the building.

Manufacturing standards

Made in the USA. Documented like aerospace.

Our scooter transport system is manufactured here in the United States through an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing network, then inspected and quality-verified by our Houston team before deployment.

ISO 9001:2015 certified network

TexTrack components are produced through an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing network — with AS9100D, IATF 16949, and ITAR-registered capability available for demanding applications.

Metal & material traceability

Full material and process lot traceability is available on manufactured components — every critical part can be traced back to its material source and production run.

Compliance docs on demand

Certificates of Conformance, material certifications, full dimensional reports, inspection reports, and hardware certs — available when your procurement or safety team requires them.

Designed for uptime

Our business model is your uptime.

01

Any part swaps in 5–10 minutes

Every component on a TexTrack unit can be swapped out in 5 to 10 minutes with common hand tools. No specialization, no factory training, no waiting on a service technician. Your own team keeps the unit running.

02

Modular enough to ship UPS

Because our units are fully modular, everything ships in standard UPS boxes. No freight, no pallets, no dock scheduling — equipment arrives like any other package.

03

Overnight replacement

If a unit ever goes down, UPS-boxable modularity means we can overnight a replacement — so you're back to work in days, not weeks. That speed isn't a service upsell. It's how we designed the product.
