Before TexTrack, our founder worked in a warehouse — walking the miles, hauling the loads, and watching good equipment sit broken for weeks waiting on a service technician. The problem wasn't a lack of machines on the market. It was that they were overbuilt in price, underbuilt in serviceability, and designed by people who had never worked a shift on the floor.
So TexTrack was started the way real industrial companies used to start: in a garage in Houston, Texas, with a design pad and a stubborn idea — that facility equipment should be simple to own, fast to fix, and priced like the maker doesn't have a factory to feed.

Any part swaps in 5–10 minutes
Every component on a TexTrack unit can be swapped out in 5 to 10 minutes with common hand tools. No specialization, no factory training, no waiting on a service technician. Your own team keeps the unit running.
Modular enough to ship UPS
Because our units are fully modular, everything ships in standard UPS boxes. No pallets, no dock scheduling — equipment and parts arrive like any other package.
Overnight replacement
If a unit ever goes down, UPS-boxable modularity means we can overnight a replacement — so you're back to work in days, not weeks. That speed isn't a service upsell. It's how we designed the product.

A small Houston team with shop-floor experience, big-company strategy, and a habit of building things ourselves. We design the equipment, write the software, and answer the phone.
Jonathan Jones
Jonathan leads design and R&D at TexTrack, owning product engineering, the modular movement system platform, and the company's software portfolio.
Before founding TexTrack, he spent more than a decade in design, CAD, robotics, and manufacturing. As a certified hose welder at an industrial hose supply company, he helped launch its robotic welding program. He invented the modular movement system platform behind TexTrack's standing scooters, burden carriers, and stock chasers, holds multiple patent filings on tethered safety bolts for dropped-object prevention, and built TagRite, HoseTag, and HomeTrackIt, all subsidiaries of TexTrack Inc.
Jonathan is a certified TIG welder and certified on Haas mills and lathes, with hands-on experience in robotic manufacturing and rapid prototyping, which is why TexTrack equipment is designed to be simple to build and fast to repair.
Nicholas Gilbert
Nicholas leads commercial strategy at TexTrack, owning sales, market expansion, and go-to-market execution as the company moves from its first pilot accounts to full-scale deployment across industrial facilities.
Before TexTrack, he spent over three years at Deloitte building growth initiatives for executive leadership. He led the strategic roadmap behind a $100M+ national player-development initiative for the United States Tennis Association, and scaled an internal Deloitte program from a single office to more than 3,200 participants across 30+ offices in one year.
Nicholas holds a JD from Southern University Law Center, an MBA from Louisiana State University, and B.S. degrees in Accounting and Finance from LSU, which gives him fluency in financial analysis, regulatory risk, and complex stakeholder environments.
