This policy explains who pays for freight on TexTrack equipment and what to expect when your shipment arrives.
Shipping costs
The buyer pays for shipping. Freight charges are the buyer's responsibility on all orders unless a written agreement with TexTrack states otherwise.
Receiving your shipment
The buyer is responsible for receiving, including any costs and arrangements at the delivery site. Please make sure someone is available to accept and unload the shipment on the scheduled delivery date.
Return shipping
Shipping costs on returns are also paid by the buyer. See our Return & Refund Policy for the full return process, the 30-day return window, and the 20% restocking fee.
