A demonstration tells you how the unit handles. It does not tell you how many labor hours you recover, whether your aisles suit it, or whether your team will still ride it on hour seven of a shift. A paid pilot answers those questions with data from your building, not from a brochure.
It also carries weight internally. A structured evaluation with a defined scope, dedicated equipment, and a results review is far easier to take to a finance or safety stakeholder than an impression from a demo day.
