Indoor and outdoor duty place different demands on wheels and frame. The outdoor configuration keeps the compact footprint and zero-degree turning but is specified for the surfaces between buildings — dock aprons, paved service roads, campus paths, and yard areas. Wheels are selected around your actual surface conditions rather than shipped one-size-fits-all.

What this is not
This is built for firm, reasonably level surfaces. It is not a rough-terrain or all-terrain vehicle, and gradeability is rated to a 10° slope. If your routes include soft ground, deep gravel, or steep grades, tell us before you buy — we would rather scope it out than sell you the wrong unit.
