No lift-truck certification
Forklifts and other powered industrial trucks fall under OSHA 29 CFR 1910.178, which requires formal operator training, evaluation, and renewable certification. This unit does not carry that requirement — most staff are safely operating it within minutes. Facility policy often goes beyond the federal minimum, so confirm the specific requirement with your safety manager before deployment.
