Powered Material Handling Cart for Tight Warehouse Aisles
Manual pushing, pulling, and lifting are behind a large share of warehouse injury claims — and a forklift is often too big (and too expensive) for the job. The TexTrack Modular Mobility System is a powered, electric material handling cart that moves heavy loads through narrow aisles and congested floors with zero-turn precision, so your team moves more with far less strain.
Two 36V batteries with UL-rated cells included with every unit
Every purchase ships with two 36V battery packs built with UL-rated cells — no extra charge. Each pack holds 1,008 Wh and lifts out in seconds with no tools. Run both onboard at the same time and the unit doubles its run time on a single charge cycle — no swap, no stopping. Or keep one pack on the deck and the other in a charging vault and exchange them in seconds, so the vehicle never parks. Same two packs, two ways to use them: double the shift, or never stop. Full runtime figures by unit and battery configuration are in the table further down this page.
Why teams choose it
- Cuts the manual lifting and pushing that drive ergonomic injuries and lost-time claims
- Navigates space-constrained aisles a forklift can't — zero-turn maneuverability
- Runs continuously — two swappable 36V packs with UL-rated cells included, mountable together for double run time, US-assembled
- Less downtime — modular design means fast, simple component swaps
Choosing your deck size
The two deck sizes are built for different floors and carry different drive motors. The 25″ × 25″ deck runs a 250 W motor, sits 5″ tall on smaller wheels tuned for smooth indoor surfaces and the tightest aisles. The 35″ × 35″ deck runs a 500 W motor, sits 8″ tall on larger tires that handle rough, broken, and outdoor concrete as well as everything the small unit does.
| Surface | 25″ × 25″ · 250 W | 35″ × 35″ · 500 W |
| Polished concrete | Yes | Yes |
| Smooth indoor concrete | Yes | Yes |
| Carpet | Yes | Yes |
| Turf | Yes | Yes |
| Rough / broken outdoor concrete | No | Yes |
| Outdoor yards, ramps, dock aprons | No | Yes |
| Tightest indoor aisles | Best | Yes |
| Deck height | 5″ | 8″ |
Short version: if the unit lives indoors on finished floors, choose the 25″ × 25″. If it crosses a threshold to an outside surface at any point in the shift, choose the 35″ × 35″.

Shipping
Freight is included in the unit price. No separate shipping charge at checkout — the price you see is the delivered price to a commercial address in the contiguous United States.
Shipping weight is 35 lb for the 25″ × 25″ unit and 65 lb for the 35″ × 35″ unit, so single units move on standard ground service rather than LTL freight.
Contact us before ordering if your site has specific delivery requirements — liftgate service, limited dock access, residential delivery, or shipping outside the contiguous US.
Best for
Warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing floors moving heavy or awkward loads through tight spaces where a forklift won't fit and a hand truck is too much strain.
FAQ
How is this different from a forklift or pallet jack?
It's a compact, powered cart for moving loads through narrow aisles where a forklift won't fit — without the manual effort of a hand truck or pallet jack.
Can it help reduce warehouse injuries?
Yes. By powering the push, pull, and lift work, it reduces the manual material handling that drives many ergonomic injury claims. Pair it with a safe-handling program for best results.
How many batteries come with the unit?
Two. Every purchase includes a pair of 36V battery packs built with UL-rated cells. Both can be mounted on the unit at the same time for double the run time, or you can run one and keep the other on a charger.
Can both batteries run on the unit at once?
Yes. The unit is built to carry both packs onboard and draw from them together, which doubles run time on a single charge cycle — roughly 20 hours of typical duty on the 250 W unit and 10 hours on the 500 W. For round-the-clock operations you can instead run one pack and rotate the second off a charger, so the vehicle never sits idle.
How long does the battery last?
On typical warehouse duty with a single pack onboard, about 10 hours on the 250 W 25″ × 25″ unit and about 5 hours on the 500 W 35″ × 35″ unit. With both packs mounted onboard, roughly 20 and 10 hours respectively. See the runtime tables further down this page for heavy-duty and continuous full-load figures.
Which deck size should I order?
The 25″ × 25″ on a 250 W motor for indoor work on smooth, polished, or carpeted floors and the narrowest aisles. The 35″ × 35″ on a 500 W motor if the route includes rough or outdoor concrete — its larger tires and stronger drive handle that, and it still runs everywhere the small unit does.
Is it configurable?
Yes — modular attachments (utility decks and platforms) adapt one base unit to different load types.
Is shipping included?
Yes. Freight to a commercial address in the contiguous US is included in the price shown.
The TexTrack™ scooter in action
Already have carts and bins? We'll build the attachment that connects them.
You don't have to replace a fleet of carts, cages, or totes to put a TexTrack unit to work. Our team designs custom attachments that connect the equipment already on your floor to the burden carrier — hitches for your existing carts, brackets sized to your bins, and mounts for whatever your crews already carry.
- Show us what you runSend photos, the make and model, or rough dimensions of the carts, bins, or cages you want to connect.
- We engineer the attachmentOur team designs a hitch, bracket, or mount around your equipment and the loads it carries, and quotes it with your unit.
- It mounts to the T-railThe attachment clamps to the full-perimeter T-rail, so it can be moved, swapped, or removed as your workflow changes.
Hitch to existing carts
Tow couplers built to the carts you already own — utility carts, platform trucks, and stock carts — so one operator moves the load instead of pushing it.
Brackets sized to your bins
Rail-mounted holders cut to the bins and totes already in your racking, so parts go from shelf to vehicle without repacking.
Couplers for cages & linen carts
Connect roll cages, linen carts, and housekeeping carts for back-of-house, hospitality, and receiving routes.
Carriers for dollies & hand trucks
Mounts that stow a dolly or hand truck on the unit, so the last few feet of a delivery don't need a second trip.
Mounts for the gear you carry
Holders for the specific meters, kits, scanners, and cases your crews already use every shift.
Built to the application
If it rolls, stacks, or clips on, tell us about it. We'll design the attachment around it.
Custom attachments are quoted per order alongside the base unit. Towing and load ratings are set for each design during quoting.
Configure your burden carrier for the job

Safety features on every unit
Staff move faster on a powered deck than they do on foot — which is exactly why the safety hardware is standard rather than an upsell. Every unit ships with the four systems below fitted from the factory, at no change to the unit price.
Onboard horn
A horn button sits within thumb reach on the control head, so the operator can signal blind corners, aisle ends, and pedestrian crossings without taking a hand off the grip or slowing down. In a facility where foot traffic and powered equipment share the same lanes, being heard before you are seen is the whole point.
Safety tether kill switch
A coiled tether clips to the operator's belt or vest. If they step off the deck or lose their footing, the tether pulls the switch and drive power cuts immediately — the unit stops where it stands instead of continuing on without a rider. It is the same principle used on marine and industrial equipment, and it is fitted as standard.
Flashing 360° lights and reflectors
A 360-degree flashing beacon keeps the unit visible from every approach, and reflective panels on the frame pick up forklift headlights and dock lighting from the side. Both matter most exactly where your traffic actually conflicts — aisle intersections, dock aprons, and dim back-of-house corridors.
Non-slip grip top with glow-in-the-dark markers
The deck is surfaced in a coarse non-slip grip top that holds under wet boots, cold-storage condensation, and dusty floors. Photoluminescent markers trace the deck edge and foot position so the operator can find their footing in low light — and the deck stays visible during a power outage or an evacuation, when floor-level guidance is what people actually follow.
If a unit goes down, the replacement ships first.
Every TexTrack unit is sized to ship in a standard UPS box — no freight truck, no pallet, no liftgate. So when something goes wrong, you are not waiting on a service tech or a repair queue. We overnight you a ready-to-run replacement, and the box it arrives in becomes the box the old unit goes back in, return label included.
- Ships in a standard UPS box

Control who rides, how fast, and how far
Beyond the standard safety hardware, every unit carries the controls a facility actually needs to manage a shared vehicle — who is allowed to move it, how fast it can go, and how much charge is left before someone commits to a route.
NFC key for authorized users only
Add an NFC key and the unit will not move until an authorized tag is presented. Keys are issued per operator, so a scooter parked on the floor between shifts is not a scooter anyone can ride away on. You can also set a timer that requires the key again after a set period — a unit that has been sitting, or handed off mid-shift, re-authorizes instead of staying unlocked from whoever used it last.
Adjustable speed limiter, 3–15 mph
Top speed is set at the unit, anywhere from 3 mph to 15 mph. Dial it down to walking pace for crowded retail floors, concourses, and pedestrian aisles, or open it up for long hauls across a yard or a distribution center. One fleet can run different ceilings by zone or by operator experience without buying different equipment.
Onboard battery gauge
A gauge on the unit shows remaining charge at a glance, so the operator knows whether they have the run left in them before they start a route — not halfway down it. Knowing where you stand is what keeps a scooter moving through back-to-back shifts instead of sitting on a charger.
Safety T-rail around the unit
A T-rail wraps the perimeter of the deck. It gives the operator something solid to brace against, takes the knocks that would otherwise land on the frame or a rack upright, and doubles as the mounting backbone for every attachment in the system. It is the reason the same unit can leave the shop as a parts runner and come back configured as a first-response vehicle.
Two 36V batteries with UL-rated cells on every unit
Every unit ships with two 36V battery packs built with UL-rated cells — not one. Run both onboard at once and the unit doubles its run time in a single stretch, or keep one on the deck and the other on the charger for round-the-clock swapping. Either way the packs lift in and out in seconds with no tools.
25″ × 25″ Deck
250 W motor| Duty cycle | 1 pack | 2 onboard |
|---|---|---|
| Typical warehouse duty Stop-and-go picking, coasting, idle between runs | 10.1 hrs | 20.2 hrs |
| Heavy duty Loaded deck, ramps, longer continuous pulls | 7.3 hrs | 14.5 hrs |
| Continuous at full load Motor held at rated output — a worst case, not a shift | 3.6 hrs | 7.2 hrs |
The 250 W drive pulls roughly 7 A at 36 V. One pack clears a full shift on most indoor routes; both packs onboard take it past twenty hours.
35″ × 35″ Deck
500 W motor| Duty cycle | 1 pack | 2 onboard |
|---|---|---|
| Typical warehouse duty Stop-and-go picking, coasting, idle between runs | 5.2 hrs | 10.4 hrs |
| Heavy duty Loaded deck, ramps, rough outdoor concrete | 3.6 hrs | 7.3 hrs |
| Continuous at full load Motor held at rated output — a worst case, not a shift | 1.8 hrs | 3.6 hrs |
The 500 W drive pulls roughly 14 A at 36 V. It carries more load over rougher ground and draws more doing it — which is why running both packs onboard is the difference between half a shift and a full day.
Double the shift, or never park the vehicle
The right-hand column is what one vehicle does with both packs mounted on a single charge cycle. For operations that never stop, run one pack and keep the other in a charging vault, then exchange them in seconds.
Runtime figures are engineering estimates based on a 36V pack with UL-rated cells at 1,008 Wh with 90% usable capacity, at the average draw shown for each duty cycle. Dual figures assume both packs mounted onboard on the same charge cycle. Actual run time varies with operator weight, load, floor surface, grade, ambient temperature, and pack age. Continuous full-load figures are a worst case for comparison — no warehouse route holds a drive motor at rated output for hours.
The modular safety T-rail system
The T-rail that protects the unit is also what everything mounts to. Brackets clamp anywhere along the rail, so a unit gets configured for the job in front of it — and reconfigured when that job changes — without drilling, welding, or a second vehicle.
Bins
Stackable bins for picking, kitting, and small-parts runs — sized to the deck so the load rides inside the rail instead of over the edge.
Buckets
Bucket holders for janitorial, maintenance, and spill-response routes, clamped where the operator can reach without stepping off the deck.
Tools
Tool racks and holders for MRO and facilities crews — hand tools, cordless kit, and consumables carried on the vehicle instead of walked back for.
Fire extinguisher
An extinguisher bracket within arm's reach, so the unit that covers the far end of the building brings suppression with it.
AED
An AED mount turns a routine floor vehicle into the fastest cardiac response in the building. Minutes decide the outcome, and a scooter covers ground a walker cannot.
First aid kit
A first aid kit bracket for facilities where the nearest station is a long walk from where people actually get hurt.
Radio mount
A two-way radio mount keeps dispatch on the vehicle and the operator's hands on the grips.
Tablet mount
A tablet mount for WMS lookups, pick lists, inspections, and work orders — screen at eye line and secured against vibration.
Charge lithium-ion where it can't reach your racking.
Removable packs mean the charge cycle doesn't have to happen on a shelf next to your stock. Our fire-resistant charging vaults add smoke detection, automatic power shutoff, and ventilated cooling, and give your safety team one documented place for every battery in the building.
Fire-resistant steel · Smoke detection · Automatic power shutoff · Optional Hafex® aerosol suppression

Built around the operator

No license required — unlike a forklift
The TexTrack™ Modular Mobility System is built for everyday staff, not certified equipment operators. Forklifts and other powered industrial trucks fall under OSHA 29 CFR 1910.178, which requires formal operator training, evaluation, and a renewable certification before anyone can get behind the controls.
This unit doesn't carry that requirement. Most employees can be shown the basics and be comfortably, safely operating it within minutes — no license, no certification course, and no recurring re-certification to schedule or track.
The result: faster onboarding, lower training overhead, and one less compliance item for your safety team to manage — while still giving your staff a real productivity boost across the floor.

Choose the 25″ × 25″
The unit stays indoors on finished floors - polished concrete, carpet, smooth slab - and spends its shift threading the narrowest aisles. Lower deck, lighter unit, and the 250 W drive sips power.
Choose the 35″ × 35″
The route crosses a door at any point in the shift. Larger tires and a 500 W drive take rough and broken outdoor concrete, ramps and dock aprons - and it still runs every indoor surface the small unit does, with a bigger deck for the load.

Designed and assembled in the USA — patent pending
Every unit is designed and assembled in the United States through an ISO 9001:2015 certified supplier network. That is not a marketing line — it is what lets us keep wear parts stocked domestically and ship a replacement overnight instead of waiting on a container. When a scooter goes down on your floor, the part that fixes it is already in the country.
It also matters for procurement. Domestic assembly and documented quality processes make the paperwork straightforward for buyers working under Buy American provisions, ISO documentation requirements, or federal and defense purchasing rules.
The modular design is patent pending.
Custom attachment options — configured per request
Every operation has unique demands, and a single off-the-shelf configuration rarely covers every use case. That's why we develop custom attachment options directly around your requirements — whether you need modified mounting points, specialty cargo platforms, task-specific tooling brackets, or hardware tailored to an application that falls outside our standard library.
Our engineering team works with you to understand the use case, load requirements, and the environment the unit will operate in — then designs and produces attachments built for that specific purpose. The result is a configuration that integrates cleanly with your existing workflow, without workarounds or compromises.
Custom attachment requests are handled on a per-order basis. Contact our team to begin the conversation.
Custom wheel configurations & coating options — built for where you work
Not every floor is the same. Smooth epoxy, rough concrete, outdoor asphalt, warehouse tile, and cold storage environments each place different demands on a mobility platform. While our standard wheel configuration performs well across the majority of settings, we offer custom wheel options selected or engineered around your specific surface conditions, traction requirements, and load distribution needs — ensuring the unit performs reliably in the environment where it will actually be deployed.
We also offer custom colour and powder coating options for facilities that require equipment to be colour-coded by department, zone, or safety classification — or for organisations that want their fleet to align with brand or facility standards. Custom coating is applied at the manufacturing stage and is built to hold up in demanding industrial environments.
Both wheel configurations and coating options are available on request. Reach out to our team with your site specifications to get started.
Custom size options — scaled to your operation
Our standard unit dimensions are designed to fit the majority of facility layouts — but some environments have aisle widths, doorway clearances, or load space requirements that fall outside those parameters. For those applications, we offer custom sizing produced to your exact specifications.
Whether you need a narrower profile to navigate tight corridors, a wider platform for higher-capacity tasks, or a modified deck height for ergonomic compatibility with specific workstations or loading zones, we can accommodate the requirement at the manufacturing stage. Custom dimensions are reviewed against structural and performance thresholds to ensure the unit continues to meet our safety and reliability standards.
Custom size requests are evaluated on a per-project basis and may affect lead time. Contact our team with your dimensional requirements and we'll confirm feasibility and timeline.

The hidden cost of musculoskeletal injuries
Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) — strains, sprains, and overexertion injuries from repetitive walking, carrying, and lifting — are among the most common and costly workplace injuries. TexTrack's transport and robotic systems are built to cut the on-foot transit and manual carrying behind these claims.
Figures reflect U.S. national averages for musculoskeletal disorder (MSD) claims and are provided for general informational purposes — they don't represent any specific facility's risk or guaranteed savings.
