Choosing your deck size
The two deck sizes are built for different floors and carry different drive motors. The 25″ × 25″ deck runs a 250 W motor, sits 5″ tall on smaller wheels tuned for smooth indoor surfaces and the tightest aisles. The 35″ × 35″ deck runs a 500 W motor, sits 8″ tall on larger tires that handle rough, broken, and outdoor concrete as well as everything the small unit does.

Can both batteries run on the unit at once?
Yes. The unit is built to carry both packs onboard and draw from them together, which doubles run time on a single charge cycle — roughly 20 hours of typical duty on the 250 W unit and 10 hours on the 500 W. For round-the-clock operations you can instead run one pack and rotate the second off a charger, so the vehicle never sits idle.
How long does the battery last?
On typical warehouse duty with a single pack onboard, about 10 hours on the 250 W 25″ × 25″ unit and about 5 hours on the 500 W 35″ × 35″ unit. Which deck size should I order?
The 25″ × 25″ on a 250 W motor for indoor work on smooth, polished, or carpeted floors and the narrowest aisles. The 35″ × 35″ on a 500 W motor if the route includes rough or outdoor concrete — its larger tires and stronger drive handle that, and it still runs everywhere the small unit does.

The 500 W drive pulls roughly 14 A at 36 V. It carries more load over rougher ground and draws more doing it — which is why running both packs onboard is the difference between half a shift and a full day.
Two packs onboard, double the run time
Both packs can ride on the unit at the same time. Mounted together they simply double the run time — the figures in the right-hand column above are what one vehicle does on a single charge cycle, no swap needed. For operations that never stop, run one pack onboard and keep the other in a charging vault, then exchange them in seconds. Same two packs, two ways to use them: double the shift, or never park the vehicle.

Patent pendingSafety features on every unit
Staff move faster on a powered deck than they do on foot — which is exactly why the safety hardware is standard rather than an upsell. Every unit ships with the four systems below fitted from the factory, on both deck sizes, at no change to the unit price.
Onboard horn
A horn button sits within thumb reach on the control head, so the operator can signal blind corners, aisle ends, and pedestrian crossings without taking a hand off the grip or slowing down. In a facility where foot traffic and powered equipment share the same lanes, being heard before you are seen is the whole point.
Safety tether kill switch
A coiled tether clips to the operator's belt or vest. If they step off the deck or lose their footing, the tether pulls the switch and drive power cuts immediately — the unit stops where it stands instead of continuing on without a rider. It is the same principle used on marine and industrial equipment, and it is fitted as standard.
Flashing 360° lights and reflectors
A 360-degree flashing beacon keeps the unit visible from every approach, and reflective panels on the frame pick up forklift headlights and dock lighting from the side. Both matter most exactly where your traffic actually conflicts — aisle intersections, dock aprons, and dim back-of-house corridors.
Non-slip grip top with glow-in-the-dark markers
The deck is surfaced in a coarse non-slip grip top that holds under wet boots, cold-storage condensation, and dusty floors. Photoluminescent markers trace the deck edge and foot position so the operator can find their footing in low light — and the deck stays visible during a power outage or an evacuation, when floor-level guidance is what people actually follow.
Control who rides, how fast, and how far
Beyond the standard safety hardware, every unit carries the controls a facility actually needs to manage a shared vehicle — who is allowed to move it, how fast it can go, and how much charge is left before someone commits to a route.
NFC key for authorized users only
Add an NFC key and the unit will not move until an authorized tag is presented. Keys are issued per operator, so a scooter parked on the floor between shifts is not a scooter anyone can ride away on. You can also set a timer that requires the key again after a set period — a unit that has been sitting, or handed off mid-shift, re-authorizes instead of staying unlocked from whoever used it last.
Adjustable speed limiter, 3–15 mph
Top speed is set at the unit, anywhere from 3 mph to 15 mph. Dial it down to walking pace for crowded retail floors, concourses, and pedestrian aisles, or open it up for long hauls across a yard or a distribution center. One fleet can run different ceilings by zone or by operator experience without buying different equipment.
Onboard battery gauge
A gauge on the unit shows remaining charge at a glance, so the operator knows whether they have the run left in them before they start a route - not halfway down it. With two swappable 36V UL-rated packs on every unit - mountable together for double the run time, or rotated one at a time - knowing where you stand is what keeps a scooter moving through back-to-back shifts instead of sitting on a charger.
Safety T-rail around the unit
A T-rail wraps the perimeter of the deck. It gives the operator something solid to brace against, takes the knocks that would otherwise land on the frame or a rack upright, and doubles as the mounting backbone for every attachment in the system. It is the reason the same unit can leave the shop as a parts runner and come back configured as a first-response vehicle.
The modular safety T-rail system
The T-rail that protects the unit is also what everything mounts to. Brackets clamp anywhere along the rail, so a unit gets configured for the job in front of it — and reconfigured when that job changes — without drilling, welding, or a second vehicle.
Bins
Stackable bins for picking, kitting, and small-parts runs — sized to the deck so the load rides inside the rail instead of over the edge.
Buckets
Bucket holders for janitorial, maintenance, and spill-response routes, clamped where the operator can reach without stepping off the deck.

No license required — unlike a forklift
The TexTrack™ Modular Mobility System is built for everyday staff, not certified equipment operators. Forklifts and other powered industrial trucks fall under OSHA 29 CFR 1910.178, which requires formal operator training, evaluation, and a renewable certification before anyone can get behind the controls.
This unit doesn't carry that requirement. Most employees can be shown the basics and be comfortably, safely operating it within minutes — no license, no certification course, and no recurring re-certification to schedule or track.
