Only if the duty matches, and you should check rather than take our word for it. TexTrack is a single-operator, indoor, non-lifting burden carrier rated at 350 lbs. Industrial cart lines vary widely in capacity, occupancy, and environmental rating, so a blanket "drop-in replacement" claim would not be honest.
Pull the spec plate or data sheet on the unit you are replacing and compare it against the table below. If the capacity, occupancy, or duty environment does not line up, this is the wrong vehicle and we would rather tell you now.

What Replacing an Older Cart Actually Buys You
Where the case is strongest.
Aisle Access
Zero-degree turning reaches places a conventional steered-axle cart cannot. If parts of your facility are effectively off-limits to your current vehicle, that is the clearest win.
Modular Serviceability
Wheels, bumpers, grips, throttles, motors, and batteries are individually replaceable. A failed component is a swap rather than a vehicle out for repair.
Two Swappable Batteries
Every unit ships with two 36V UL Rated Cell Battery packs, cells made in the USA — roughly 10 hours per pack on the 250 W unit and 5 on the 500 W unit under typical duty. Run one while the other charges for continuous multi-shift running.
Corrosion Resistance
Anti-corrosion aluminum frame for wash-down, cold storage, coastal, and chemically aggressive environments that degrade painted steel.

Will TexTrack replace the cart I have now?
Send us the make, model, and rated capacity of your current unit along with your narrowest aisle width and heaviest load. We will tell you whether it fits — including when it does not.
Are parts cross-compatible with other manufacturers?
No. TexTrack is its own platform with its own parts. Replacement components are stocked individually.
Do operators need training or certification?
Requirements depend on how a vehicle is classified and on your jurisdiction. Confirm the classification with the manufacturer and your own EHS team before deployment, and set your site training policy accordingly.
What is the lead time?
It varies with configuration, particularly custom decks and finishes. Ask when you request a quote.
